Our goal at A Step Ahead Preschool & Montessori...
is to help redefine the expectations of quality childcare in the state of Arizona. When parents leave their children with us, they know they are receiving the attention and nurture they would get from their own family.

We accomplish this by maintaining lower child-to-staff ratios in all rooms and for all ages. Our low staff turnover means that children have the same, caring adults in their lives throughout their infant, toddler and preschool years. Our attention to every detail of their safety means that parents can go to work without worrying about this aspect of their children’s lives.

On top of this we add a fun and exciting educational program that prepares children to excel in elementary school and beyond. The final component of our successful program is a close knit and active community of families who are extremely involved in the continuous improvement our program. We invite every parent to visit us at any time to see first hand how their child is growing and developing under our care. We feel every child deserves the care and education wished for by their parents.
